PaintDial is run by one person, so messages come to me directly and I read all of them. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send: if a colour looks wrong, a match seems off, or a brand link goes somewhere odd, tell me and I will check the source data.
Journalists and researchers using the Match Index or Choice Index are welcome to ask about method or request the underlying figures. Brands and retailers can ask about data, links or listings here too; nothing you offer changes how your colours rank.
